  • Department of Agriculture
  • Department of Corrections
  • Department of Education
  • Department of Health Care Policy and Financing
  • Department of Higher Education (excluding institutions)
  • Department of Human Services

Our primary focus is on relationship management where both the agency and OIT personnel work together toward achieving our individual and collective goals and objectives.  We are responsible for:

1) maintaining effective relationships;

2) providing an IT Director (liaison) who acts as the agency’s primary contact for identification and response to both strategic and operational needs;

3) developing and maintaining an enterprise service level strategy;

4) reviewing and supporting agency business projects;

5) measuring service delivery satisfaction; and

6) improving service delivery through the effective use and collaboration of personnel and budgets.
