Enterprise Application Services

OIT offers services and support for both statewide - or enterprise - and agency-specific applications and systems. Statewide software applications are used in support of core business functions in Colorado state government agencies. OIT's support of these applications encompasses the entire application development and maintenance cycle including project management, requirements management, systems analysis and design, programming, implementation, enhancement, and system documentation to financial management and human resources personnel in all state agencies. To address the need for a convenient, simple, and effective customer self-serve functionality, a number of these are web-based applications. Applications supported by OIT include:

 

Bullet ADS (Applicant Data System) -- statewide job announcements

 

Bullet COFRS (Colorado Financial Reporting System) -- statewide accounting

 

Bullet COGMS (Colorado Grants Management System)

 

Bullet CPPS (Colorado Payroll and Personnel System) -- statewide payroll

 

Bullet FDW (Financial Data Warehouse) -- provides web based financial reporting

 

Bullet HRDW (Human Resource Data Warehouse) -- online reporting of current and historical human resources and payroll information

 

Bullet InfoPac/Document Direct -- provides the ability to view reports on line

 

Bullet KRONOS -- timekeeping and leave tracking system 

 

OIT provides customer account management, business analysis, project management, production and technical support for the statewide applications offered by the Department of Personnel & Administration (DPA) including:

 

Bullet BIDS (Bid Information Distribution System)

 

Bullet Billing (Statewide Internal Billing System) -- a billing system for Central Services and OIT

 

Bullet CARS (Colorado Automotive Reporting System) -- tracks and reports vehicle and state agency related information

 

Bullet Caseware 20/20 -- tracking system for CSEAP

 

Bullet CUBS -- receives debt collection submissions from state and local government agencies and tracks debtor and payment information

 

Bullet Legal Files -- a case tracking system used by the Office of Administrative Courts and State Personnel Board that provides central court calendaring and integrated case document management
