On June 25, 2009, State Chief Information Officer, Michael Locatis announced the Office of Information Technology's new Executive Leadership Team (ELT) which reflects the functional organizational structure recommended in the Colorado Consolidation Plan. The ELT was created to implement this structure, which will move the State of Colorado to a truly integrated information technology environment.  Reporting to the State CIO are:

Seth Kulakow - Chief Information Security Officer

Leah Lewis - Chief Enterprise Architect

Jim Lynn - Agency Services Director

Todd Olson - Chief Financial Officer

Heather Perdue - Human Resources Director
