Responsibilities
In brief, the primary roles and responsibilities of the Consolidation Governance Structure are:

CONSOLIDATION GOVERNANCE TEAM (CGT)
This team is made of all the members of the light green inverted "L" on the chart (pg 4). They recommend project priorities within and across the bands, oversee project progress, and assure all projects are adhering to the CGT framework.
PROGRAM MANAGERS

They also provide oversight for the execution and implementation of projects within the bands and ensure the appropriate functional areas are involved when required.
FUNCTIONAL MANAGERS
Functional Managers, depicted as the white boxes on the left hand side of the chart, are responsible for assisting program managers with fulfilling project duties and functions associated with their area of expertise.
