DPA Applications
This team provides customer account management, business analysis, project management, production and technical support for DPA applications including:

  • BIDS (Bid Information Distribution System)
  • Billing (Statewide Internal Billing System) -- a billing system for Central Services and OIT
  • CARS (Colorado Automotive Reporting System) -- tracks and reports vehicle and state agency related information
  • Caseware 20/20 -- tracking system for CSEAP
  • CUBS -- receives debt collection submissions from State and Local government agencies and tracks debtor and payment information
  • Legal Files -- case tracking system for the Office of Administrative Courts; provides central court calendaring and integrated case document management
  • State Personnel Board Case Tracking

The DPA applications team also supports DPA's internet and intranet (MyDPA).

Statewide Applications Services
Statewide software applications are used in support of core business functions in Colorado state government agencies.  Supporting these applications encompasses the entire application development and maintenance cycle including project management, requirements management, systems analysis and design, programming, implementation, enhancement, and system documentation to financial management and human resources personnel in all State agencies.  Applications include:

  • ADS (Applicant Data System) -- statewide job announcements
  • COFRS (Colorado Financial Reporting System) -- statewide accounting
  • CPPS (Colorado Payroll and Personnel System) -- statewide payroll
  • FDW (Financial Data Warehouse) -- provides web based financial reporting
  • HRDW (Human Resource Data Warehouse) -- online reporting of current and historical human resources and payroll information
  • InfoPac/Document Direct -- provides the ability to view reports on line;
  • KRONOS, timekeeping and leave tracking system

To address the need for a convenient, simple, and effective customer self-serve functionality, a number of these are web-based applications.
