E-mail Hosting
OIT provides email Hosting Services via the Microsoft Exchange Platform; we provision and support the operating system, the domain infrastructure, the Exchange Server, licensing, and regular mailbox maintenance.  Customers are responsible for providing domain administrative support such as account creation and management, distribution lists, resetting passwords, etc. OIT will provide experienced consulting references for  the email migration process.

Hosting Services for Application, Database, File, and Web Servers
Hosting services for Applications, File and Database and/or Web servers includes the following:

  • placement and connection of the server hardware in the data center,
  • installation and maintenance of the operating system,
  • administration of the server and the operating system,
  • system backup and recovery, and
  • performance monitoring.

Mainframe Applications and Linux Server Applications
Reliable and cost-effective mainframe processing services include:

  • transaction-based processing (e.g. CICS),
