Agencies can house their equipment at our enterprise data center located in Lakewood.  The 9,075 square foot data center operates 24x7x365 and includes two failover power sources, six PDU's (power distribution units) and two slave unit extensions as well as eight high capacity computer room air conditioners.  Two point security is required to enter the data center.  We also provide customers with a 24x7 Service Center, network connectivity, and onsite help for remote customers such as server reboots and mount backup tapes (an optional service).  Customers are required to provide a rack(s) for their equipment, documentation for equipment to be installed or removed, labeled backup tapes and associated schedules, and a list of personnel who are authorized to manage equipment without requiring an escort.
