AN OVERVIEW OF OUR SERVICE FRAMEWORK
One of our most fundamental principals is that agencies using our services should know exactly what the service does and what you can expect from us. We are continually reviewing how we can refine our processes so that they are repeatable both internally and in providing world-class customer service.
The first step has been to transition to a service framework, the premise of which is that services are built and supported from the bottom up. The bottom layer is the basic infrastructure layer -- a physical location with security, cooling, ventilation, redundant and failover power sources, etc. and the top layer are those applications that provide direct services to the citizens of Colorado. The Service Framework can be visually represented as follows.
