Credentialing Standard

The Governor's Office of Information Technology is pleased to release the final version of the Colorado First Responder Authentication Credential (COFRAC) standard. We are grateful for the hard work and input of the statewide credentialing working group, and also for the feedback from the numerous public and private organizations with whom OIT met on this important topic.

The State Procurement Office awarded an enterprise contract to General Dynamics Information Technology to provide credentialing solutions that meet the COFRAC standard at a negotiated reduced rate. Any state, regional or local agency or authority is eligible to purchase off of this contract vehicle.
