Mountain Plains States Consortium (MPSC) Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) |

This multi-year project encompasses the development of a new WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) system that will be used for case management and payment control. This new system will be web-enabled and will be replacing the existing legacy system which was last replaced in 1992-1995. The project is in partnership through a consortium that includes the states of Wyoming and Utah. The project is 100% federally funded and is under the gated process of the USDA. |

Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) Functional Release - 2044 and 1042 |

The purpose of this project is to implement two major releases to CBMS functionality. These releases are estimated to be the largest since the original implementation of the system. |

Childcare Automated Tracking System (CHATS) Replacement

CHATS is a mission-critical system used for tracking child care and making payments to child care providers for low income families or families who are receiving public assistance. |
| Colorado AWARE | Department of Human Services | The purpose of this project is to replace several patch-work systems along with manual and patch-work processes with a web based, modern case management system. The system selected is an off-the-shelf product from Alliance Enterprise, Inc. The project was certified by OIT January 11, 2010. |
