The Colorado Crime Information Center (CCIC) is a computerized information system established as a service to all criminal justice agencies, and it is one of the State of Colorado's top 10 mission-critical IT systems. The switching hardware and software are beyond "end of life" and need to be replaced due to inadequate system availability, unacceptable system and hardware reliability, system errors, degradation, etc.
