Consolidation and Stakeholders

In addition to keeping employees informed, it was also important to keep our other stakeholders informed about our plans and progress. The leadership team made use of the many available avenues including giving presentations at conferences and other events, facilitating stakeholder town-hall style meetings, and holding smaller group or one-on-one meetings.  The following is a representative sample of the types of information disseminated.
