Consolidation and IT Employees

Prior to passage of Senate Bill 08-155 and implementation of the C²P, the leadership made it a priority to periodically visit all information technology employees. This was primarily accomplished was via the town hall-structured meetings that were held in a number of locations and on various dates to discuss issues raised by staff. In addition, to the Town Hall meetings, employees had ready access to a dynamic Consolidation FAQ that was updated periodically to incorporate questions raised at the Town Hall meetings.
