An experienced executive and strategic thinker with more than 13 years of industry experience, Mike Richey joined OIT in August 2013. As the Chief Customer Officer, Mike will foster enduring and dynamic relationships with our agency partners. He will also work closely with our Agency IT Directors and Enterprise Portfolio Project Management Office to elevate the value, transparency, and demand of OIT services.
As an IT leader in diverse companies such as Anheuser-Busch, SeaWorld Parks, and Fleetgistics, he created a “walk in their shoes” IT culture that is founded in the deep knowledge of each customer’s operations, empathy for the customer’s challenges, nimble solutions delivered with a sense of urgency, and the humility to take ownership of a mistake.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree and earned a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. When not participating in his two children’s soccer, swimming and gymnastics events, Mike likes to run, work out and read.
