EPPMO Tools and Templates

As part of the Project Management Standardization Initiative, OIT's EPPMO has created the following set of tools and templates. This tool set is intended for use on Small, Medium or Major projects containing an IT component. They are part of the standard project/portfolio management suite located in the Clarity Knowledge Store.  Tools were developed to provide project management staff the tools necessary to facilitate Effective, Efficient and Elegant delivery of government services and projects to our partners and customers.  They are aligned to EPPMO policies and standards for Governance, project stages & gating processes, and industry "best practices" for project management.  Please contact the EPPMO at OIT_EPPMO@state.co.us with questions.

Intake

Projects begin within individual agencies when Project Requests (or ideas) are created.  This section includes a "checklist" of documents and checkpoints that will be used throughout the Request and Project lifecycle.  It also includes the five documents required to transition a Request to a Project.
