COFRSII	Agency: Colorado Departmenet of Personnel & Administration EGC: Public Safety and Finance	Modernize the current COFRS system and upgrade to a web based cloud solution.
CSN CO State Network Implementation	Agency: Enterprise-Wide EGC: OIT Enterprise	This project is the technology refresh of the existing MNT (Multi-Use Network) network. The CSN will be a fully managed network and predominantly Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Ethernet infrastructure which will include network, supporting WAN termination hardware and associated maintenance, custom billing, and CSN network management by Century Link.
Data Center Consolidation	Agency: Enterprise-Wide EGC: OIT Enterprise	The Data Center Consolidation (DCC) 2.0 Project is a fresh approach to the original DCC project started in 2009. With an upgraded network and an enterprise virtual environment.
DNR IPAWS	Agency: Colorado Department of Natural Resources EGC: Public Safety and Finance	This project will replace the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) Total Licensing System (TLS). The current vendor contract expires on 6/30/2013. The new system will be a cloud based solution.
DORA Licensing System Replacement	Agency: Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies EGC: Public Safety and Finance	Improve overall service. The current vendor no longer offers this type of software and has no plans for future versions. The new system will support approximately 175,000 licensees annually, that comprise over 40 occupations.
Google Apps for Government	Agency: Enterprise-Wide EGC: OIT Enterprise	Migrate 26,000 e-mail accounts from 16 disparate systems to one cloud based solution.
Google Apps for Government - HCPF	Agency: Colorado Department of Healthcare, Policy & Finance EGC: OIT Enterprise	Migrate disparate email systems at HCPF to the Google cloud-based solution, along with an additional encryption capability.
MAPSS Premier One CAD	Agency: Colorado Department of Public Safety EGC: Public Safety and Finance	Multi Purpose Public Safety Solution (MAPSS). The purpose of this project is to upgrade the Colorado State Patrol’s (CSP) three critical communications systems.
MIPC	Agency: Enterprise-Wide EGC: OIT Enterprise	This project consists of CenturyLink installing, configuring and managing a new Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solution for the State of Colorado. The State’s existing CICN and Avaya phone/network environments will be migrated to the CenturyLink Managed IPC platform.
MITA MMIS ReProcurement	Agency: HCPF EGC: Health Care, Human Services and Labor	Complete a self assessment of the CO Medicaid Program, Identify business processes and areas of improvement, identify what the new MMIS needs to do, and Identify all systems interfaces from and to the MMIS, outcome will be input to RFP(s).
MVD - DL - Waitless Kiosk	Agency: Colorado Department of Revenue EGC: Public Safety and Finance	Add self service kiosks at DLO offices to include all hardware, programming and software for the Wait less project, and to offer leading edge queuing and scheduling services for selected driver's license offices.
Public Budget Formulation	Agency: Colorado Department of Transportation EGC: Public Safety and Finance	Implement new Public Budget Formulation (PBF) module in CDOT's SAP system. Includes migration of 10 existing applications from old SAP functionality
SLDS Capture	Agency: Colorado Department of Education EGC: OIT Enterprise	This project plan will focus on the planning and implementation of projects that fall under the CAPTURE initiative of the 2009 SLDS Grant. These solutions will facilitate the efficient capture of timely and reliable data that can then be linked for purposes of making P-20 educational decisions.
SLDS Link	Agency: Colorado Department of Education EGC: OIT Enterprise	Develop an enterprise strategy to integrate and deploy an identity master data management/identity access & authentication management solution for the executive branch. The goal is to enable the integration of information from multiple state & local agencies and facilitating the exchange of data across multiple agencies. Initial agencies involved are CDE, CDHE, CDLE and CDHS.
UI Internet Self Service	Agency: Colorado Department of Labor & Employment EGC: Health Care, Human Services, and Labor	Modernize and expand Internet Self Service (ISS) applications
VIPER	Agency: Colorado Department of Revenue EGC:	New hardware. Upgrade Viper database to Informix 11.7 and Redhat 5.5 in virtual environment
WIC	Agency: Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment EGC: Health Care, Human Services, and Labor	Women's Infant's Children multi state benefits application
WYCAN Phase 1	Agency: Colorado Department of Labor & Employment EGC: Health Care, Human Services, and Labor	The WyCAN Consortium (Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, and North Dakota) is chartered in Phase 1 to: 1) finalize its governance structure, 2) develop and compile Common UI Benefit and Tax requirements, and 3) develop/publish one or more RFPs which will allow the Consortium to evaluate/select one or more Vendors.
