Organization

The State of Colorado has a significant investment in information and communication technology resources which results in a continued improvement in the way services are delivered to citizens. To improve the success of delivering those services more effectively, the EPPMO established the following goals to initiate its vision:

 

Bullet Provide an enterprise view of all Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) projects to ensure alignment to the state's strategic initiatives. 


Bullet Facilitate cross-departmental information sharing and understanding of work-in-progress. 


Bullet Provide consistent monitoring and reporting of OIT initiatives. 


Bullet Provide Colorado with a uniform approach to managing projects. 


Bullet Promote project management best practices and improve skills through training and coaching.
