American Recovery & Reinvestment Act Project in Fruita
Please join the Colorado Department of Transportation, contractor Heyl Construction, and representatives from our congressional delegation, the City of Fruita and Mesa County for an informal site visit as construction progresses (the signals are now installed) on the SH 340 Intersection Improvement Project in Fruita.
WHEN: Thursday, April 15, at 1:30 PM
WHERE: At the southwest corner (Walgreens) of the intersection of SH 340 and Cherry/Aspen streets (from I-70, travel north on SH 340 to the intersection)
WHAT: Representatives will speak briefly to the progress of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act in Colorado, provide background on improvements to SH 340 and answer questions regarding the project’s scope and impacts to the local community.
