The State of Colorado, National Governors Association (NGA), National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO), and National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) filed the following public comments with the National Telecommunications Information Administration (NTIA) and the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Broadband Initiatives:
