The Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO) was awarded a $1.7 million Recovery Act grant through the Dept of Health and Human Services’ Health Information Exchange (HIE) Challenge Grant Program. This grant will improve patient care during transitions to and from hospitals and allow health care providers to access patient medical records with greater ease and at lower cost.
