
Honorary Jordan Office
Mr. Nael el-Assaad is Colorado's honorary representative to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In this role, he helps the International Trade Office identify opportunities in Jordan, and supplies Colorado with insights and advice on opportunities in other countries of the Middle East and Africa. From pre-established ties with Jordan through the Colorado National Guards State Partnership Program, Mr. el-Assaad's appointment further advances and strengthens this Colorado strategic alliance with a very important U.S. partner in the Middle East.
The life and career of Mr. el-Assaad bridges the cultures of the Middle East, America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Raised in Lebanon and educated in Switzerland and the United States, he enjoys a professional career working in all corners of the world. He has a keen understanding and appreciation for the world's political, social and economic features, and is fluent in Arabic, French, Italian and English. Nael el-Assaad is a senior strategist and advisor to heads of state and governments in developing nations. He specializes in building political and economic coalitions among nations with a major focus on the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America, with special relationships in developed nations.
Jordan's political and economic stability and good business infrastructure have made it a place for companies to consider as they look at the Middle East.
