Colorado Staff

Pam Reichert , Division Director, International Trade
Pam is responsible for the following program areas:

  • Division administration and management

  • Colorado outreach for export promotion, investment retention and seminars

  • Colorado export statistics

  • International Trade media contact

  • State point-of-contact for Colorado with the U.S. Trade Representative's Office

Sandi Moilanen , Trade and Investment Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa
Sandi is responsible for the following program areas:

  • Export assistance services for companies to initiate and expand their exports to Europe, the Middle East and Africa

  • Promote Colorado as a location for foreign investment from Europe, the Middle East and Africa

  • Liaison between Colorado's Honorary Representatives in Munich, Germany, Zurich, Switzerland and Jordan

  • Coordinate OEDIT's participation in domestic trade shows

  • Coordinates foreign investment functions with business development

  • Other:  Proficient in German

Amy Reichert , Trade and Investment Director, NAFTA and Central America
Amy is responsible for the following program areas:

  • Export assistance services for companies to initiate and expand their exports to Canada, Mexico and Central America

  • Promote Colorado as a location for foreign investment from Canada, Mexico and Central America

  • Oversees the Colorado Mexico Trade Office in Mexico City, Mexico

  • Also:

    • Export assistance services for companies to initiate and expand their exports to South America and the Caribbean

    • Promote Colorado as a location for foreign investment from South America and the Caribbean

  • Other:  Fluent Spanish, Proficient in Portuguese 

Michael Driver, Trade and Investment Director, Asia Pacific
Responsible for the following program areas:

  • Export assistance services for companies to initiate and expand their exports to Asia and the Pacific Region

  • Promote Colorado as a location for foreign investment from Asia and the Pacific Region

  • Liaison between Colorado's Honorary Representative in Japan

Thomas Binet, Trade Specialist
Responsible for the following program areas:

  • Assists with export promotion requests and other activities
  • Assists division director with administrative issues
  • Handles general ITO inquiries
  • ITO e-Newsletter
  • Manages the ITO internship program
  • Administers Governor's Award for Excellence in Exporting
