The Landlord Tenant Dispute Resolution Program is a joint program with Alpine Legal Services. The program seeks to provide immediate dispute resolution services by a neutral trained mediator for housing related issues.

The goal is to help landlords, tenants and neighbors to avoid litigation and maintain positive relationships through communication and resolution of disputes regarding leases, occupancy, nuisance or other housing issues.

The program is available to the community based on the guidelines for eligibility for Alpine Legal Services. For those who do not qualify for these services, up to two hours of mediation service will be available for a flat fee of $75.00 per party.
