If your question is about the status of your Medicaid application you can log on to your Colorado.gov/PEAK account to check your application status or call 1-800-359-1991.
If your question is related to private health insurance available through Connect for Health Colorado, you should call 1-855-752-6749.
If you applied for Medical Assistance (Medicaid or Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) and are looking for the status of your application you can:

If you applied online for Medical Assistance and did not receive an immediate eligibility determination (denial or approval), please review the Next Steps.
