Provider Outreach Calendar
The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (the Department) has contracted the Public Consulting Group, Inc. (PCG) to assist with the new inpatient payment methodology. The Department tasked PCG with gathering provider feedback on the APR-DRG system implementation. PCG will also assist with related payment policy and provider education.
PCG is currently coordinating a series of meetings in collaboration with the Colorado Hospital Association (CHA). Additionally, as part of the stakeholder outreach, PCG may reach out to specific groups of hospitals (such as Crticial Access Hopsitals (CAHs), Pedicatric, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), Rehabiltation, Urban and Rural) and hold separate meetings. PCG is also accepting written feedback from hospitals and other relevant stakeholders at this time. Questions and feedback may be submitted electronically to Laura Scott.
