Client Appeals Collaborative

You are invited to help us review the Colorado Medicaid client appeals process.  This activity is part of the Benefits Collaborative, a process we use to engage stakeholders in a manner that is transparent and inclusive.  If you are interested in the client appeals process, you are invited to participate in the Client Appeals Collaborative.

We will be providing an educational overview of the client appeals process from start to finish, and we want to gather your input and suggestions as to how the client appeals process may be improved.  Your expertise and participation is a crucial component of this effort, and will be of great benefit to us and Medicaid clients.

There will be two groups of the Client Appeals Collaborative, one group for providers and one group for clients, families and advocates.  Each group will have two opportunities to attend the collaborative via in-person, telephone or webinar.  Please RSVP to Joey Gallegos via email, or by phone at 303-866-3473 to ensure we can accommodate everyone and to receive instructions if participating via webinar.
