As of March 2013, the Entry Point / Eligibility Subcommittee now reports to the Community Living Advisory Group.  The Entry Point / Eligibility Subcommittee is charged with:

 

 

• Conducting a complete review of the entry point functions to access and enroll in the various long term services and supports systems (SEP, CCB, ARCH)

 

 

• Evaluating and recommending needed restructuring of the process for Medicaid eligibility and determination of service level need

 

 

• Exploring the issue of presumptive eligibility, beginning with a focus on presumptive eligibility best practices from other states and their applicability to the Colorado system
