Waiver Simplification Subcommittee
As of March 2013, the Waiver Simplification Subcommittee now reports to the Community Living Advisory Group. (This subcommittee was originally named the Waiver Modernization Subcommittee.)
The charge of the Waiver Simplification Subcommittee is to increase the array of services available to more individuals. It is not necessarily to increase the types of services. The scope of the sub-committee work includes:
- The expansion of the array of services through waiver simplification
- The examination of assessment and service planning process to ensure clients get the right services at the right time and at the right amount.
- Sustainable financing for Home and Community Based Services
