Full Benefit Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees Demonstration Contract

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center awarded Colorado and 14 other states with contracts to develop new ways to better coordinate care for full benefit Medicare-Medicaid enrollees. 

Goals

  • Improve care coordination;

  • Improve client experience; 

  • Improve health outcomes for full Benefit Medicare-Medicaid enrollees; and

  • Decrease costs associated with unnecessary and duplicative services.
