Provided below are the AAC Price Lists for both non-rural and rural pharmacies.

• The AAC Price list is updated weekly to account for changing market prices.
• The date listed in the name of the AAC Price List is its effective date. 
• A price list is effective until another list is published by the Department the following week. 
• Drugs that have experienced a price change will be highlighted.

Note: The report only includes current AAC rates. If a drug is not listed in an AAC Price List, the drug will be reimbursed using Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC). A pharmacy should contact their current vendor to inquire about a WAC price.  If a pharmacy believes that an AAC rate does not accurately reflect the cost of a drug, the pharmacy should complete the AAC Inquiry Worksheet.
