CHP+ has a wide range of free materials for distribution that contain helpful information for families interested in the programs. CHP+ offers applications, brochures and brochure holders, and posters for distribution and display across the state. Please follow the instructions below to either make bulk or single orders.
Single or Bulk Orders
The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing participates in events where families or professionals gather to distribute CHP+ and Medicaid information. To schedule an event, please email outreach@hcpf.state.co.us.
