Yearly Legislative Report
This is an annual legislative report to the Health and Human Services Committees of the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Joint Budget Committee with recommendations from the SB 07-211 advisory committee on covering all children in Colorado.
Section 25.5-1-202 (8) (c) C.R.S. (2007) requires the Department to submit reports and recommendations on or before November 1, 2007 and on or before November 1 each year thereafter.
