Mental Health Advisory Committee Call for New Members
Advisory Committee Information
The Department developed a stakeholder Advisory Committee for the purpose of exchanging information and identifying, evaluating and communicating issues related to the Colorado Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program (Mental Health Program).
Committee appointees represent the following stakeholders:
- Behavioral Health Organizations (BHOs)
- Mental Health Program service providers
- Developmental disabilities community
- Colorado Psychiatric Society
- Colorado Community Health Network and homeless initiatives
- Adults who receive services through the Mental Health Program
- Parents of children/youth who receive services through the Mental Health Program
- Parents of adults who receive services through the Mental Health Program
Meetings are held the fourth Thursday of every month, 9:00 -10:30 am at the Department, 225 E. 16th Avenue, 1st Floor Conference Room, Denver. Meetings alternate every other month between those held in person and those that may be attended by conference call if desired. Advisory Committee members are appointed, but meetings are open to the public. Reasonable accommodations will be provided upon request for persons with disabilities. Please notify Matt Ullrich at 303-866-6232 at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting if you need special accommodations in order to participate.
