Benefits for Adults without Dependent Children

Medicaid benefits for low-income adults without dependent children are being developed as a result of the Colorado Health Care Affordability Act and are expected to be implemented Spring 2012.

The Department has submitted the Medicaid waiver to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  The Department has also developed and submitted a new proposal for enrollment.

Stakeholder Forums

There are monthly Advisory Committee meetings. These are held on the first Wednesday of each month and are open to the public.
