Overflow Application Process for Counties
The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (the Department) is offering additional resources to assist the county departments of social/human services with the increased number of applications submitted to the counties as a result of the current economic downturn. This assistance is for applicants applying only for "family and children's medical" programs administered by the Department. The Department is unable to provide application processing assistance for any of the financial programs such as Food Assistance or TANF administered by the Colorado Department of Human Services.
The Overflow Application Process for Counties will accommodate applications that have not yet been worked or entered into CBMS. This process is for county departments of social/human services only.
