Boards and Committees established for Long-Term Care
In June, 2009 Governor Ritter issued Executive Order D 011 09 directing the Department, in collaboration with the Long-Term Care Advisory Committee, to develop a strategic plan, the Olmstead Plan, to promote community-based living and treatment alternatives for qualified people with disabilities.
The Department is hosting a Public Forum to discuss the development of the State's Olmstead Plan.
