Local Pharmacy Programs
Some pharmacies or stores near you may offer their own discount prescription drug programs.  While filling a prescription at your local pharmacy, ask if the pharmacy has a discount drug program or if they will match the prices of other discount drug programs.  You may be able to save money on your prescriptions through your local pharmacy.

The following businesses have information about their discount prescription drug programs on their websites:

Patient Assistance Programs
Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) are offered by various drug manufacturers.  These programs offer free or low-cost prescription medication to qualifying individuals or families who do not have public or private prescription drug coverage.  Qualifying criteria and specific assistance varies widely between the drug manufacturers.  Individuals interested in applying for one of these programs should work directly with the drug manufacturer that offers the program.
