What is the EPSDT Program?

  • EPSDT is a health care benefit package for all Medicaid enrolled children ages 20 and under and all pregnant women.

How much do medical services cost?

  • Services for children ages 18 and under are free

  • Adults ages 19-20 may have to pay a small co-pay unless they are enrolled in a Medicaid managed care organization (MCO)

What services are available?

 

  • All Medicaid benefits and dental benefits, hearing aids and limited orthodontia

  • Case management services with a Family Health Coordinator in your community to help you:  Healthy Communities Outreach and Case Management Locations

  • A Family Health Coordinator is a person that can help the client navigate the Medicaid system as well as non Medicaid community systems.
