CHP+
Effective January 1, 2013, coverage for pregnant women and children enrolled in the CHP+ premium assistance program, known as CHP+ at Work, will no longer be covered under the Department's Section 1115 Demonstration waiver. Individuals currently receiving coverage will be transitioned to coverage under the Medicaid State Plan or CHP+ State Plan starting Janaury 1, 2013 if all eligibility requirements are met.
