• Suggestions on potential standalone statutory changes to be included after discussion at Panel meeting
• Conclusion to be written after Panel meeting
• Summary paragraphs on RFI responses (HIT, provider network, etc.) to be polished
• Summary tables (that you have separately) to be incorporated after the Panel meeting
• Policy experts in DC will review and add to the policy sections
