Public Rule Review Meetings
Interested parties are invited to attend this meeting to discuss proposed upcoming changes to the Department's program rules with program staff. These meetings are scheduled prior to presentation of proposed rule changes at the Medical Services Board meetings and information from this public discussion will be made available to Board members.
This meeting is in addition to the regularly scheduled Medical Services Board meeting and does not take the place of public testimony on proposed rule changes at the Medical Services Board meetings. It is intended to provide interested parties an opportunity to offer input to Department staff prior to the presentation of proposed rule changes at the public Medical Services Board meetings.
