Who is eligible?

If you are age 65 or older and eligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or Old Age Pension (OAP) state supplemental payments you will be eligible for Medicaid.

If you have not applied for SSI you should at a Social Security Administration field office.

• If you are on SSI and have not been enrolled in Medicaid or if you have not applied for OAP please contact your  County Departments Human/Social Services.
• The income limit is $710.

   

• The asset limit for an individual is $2,000 and $3,000 for a couple.

Please visit  Long-term Care Medicaid if you need nursing home or home and community based services (HCBS).
