Stakeholder Forum

The CICP Stakeholder Forum was created in October 2007 and meets quarterly. Representatives of stakeholders attend in person or participate through teleconferencing. This forum is to provide an informal environment for CICP client advocates, participating providers and other stakeholders to exchange ideas, review policies and make recommendations to the Department that address the CICP eligibility process, provider relations, client relations, and other pertinent issues.

 

 

The Department thanks all stakeholders for their continued interest and participation in this forum.

Due to new building security procedures all guests are asked to enter through the south facing doors off of 16th Avenue.
Guests must check in with the lobby attendant, sign in, present identification and indicate whom they are to see.   

Attendance via conference call will be made available for each meeting.
