Angela Graham

Angela Graham, Grant Program Manager for Homeland Security, joined the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security staff in June of 2010. Angela has over 12 years of philanthropic experience in the nonprofit sector primarily in grant-writing, donor development and event planning. Angela also has extensive experience in program planning, contracts, supervision and management for Health and Human Services organizations. Angela holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.

As a Grant Program Manager for the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security, Angela is responsible for providing management to state agencies and various regions throughout Colorado regarding the grant application process, execution of, monitoring and close out of grant contracts. Angela also assists in the review of grant files to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
