Christine Gallardo

Christine Gallardo is the State Training and Exercise Program Manager. She joined the Governor's Office of Homeland Security in the fall of 2008 after serving at the North Central All-Hazards Emergency Management Region as the Exercise & Resource Support Analyst. Prior to her position with the Region, she worked for a local public health department as an Emergency Preparedness Planner.


As the State Training and Exercise Program Manager, Christine is responsible for providing technical assistance to regional and local training and exercise program managers for Homeland Security, terrorism and WMD based trainings and exercises. Her experience as both a preparedness planner and exercise analyst has allowed her to be involved in all aspects of capabilities based planning.


Christine holds a Masters degree in International Development from the University of Denver (2007), and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona (2004). In the future, she hopes to pursue additional educational opportunities.
