Rick Rosthauser

Rick Rosthauser is the assistant to the Governor's Director of Homeland Security and the assistant to the Director of Quality Assurance and assists the other team members whenever the need arises.


Past work experience includes interning with Jefferson County Emergency Management; working on their Special Needs Project and converting their resource manuals to correspond to Emergency Support Functions. Prior to joining the Governor's Office of Homeland Security, he worked for the State of Colorado as a Project Officer liaison with FEMA during the Snow Emergency of 2006-2007.


Mr. Rosthauser has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts and Sciences, with minors in Economics and Psychology, from Penn State Erie, and currently enrolled in the Conflict Resolution Master's Degree program at the University of Denver.
