Jana Sealy

Homeland Security Grant Manager, Jana Sealy, joined the Grant Program staff in July 2007 and serves as the Grant Manager for the North Central, North West, San Luis Valley, South West and West All-Hazard Regions as well as multiple state agencies. Ms. Sealy also provides program oversight for the Urban Area Security Initiative and Metropolitan Medical Response System.


Prior to joining the Homeland Security Team, Ms. Sealy served as the Emergency Preparedness Financial Grant Manager and supervisor overseeing the Center's for Disease Control federal grants and worked for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for over twelve years. Ms. Sealy brings extensive government experience in financial administration and prioritization, grant and program management, strategic planning, operational process analysis, policy development and implementation of improvement plans. Ms. Sealy was selected as a 2006-2007 Honored Member of the Cambridge Who's Who Registry of Executives and Professionals and in 2008 completed Grant Management Certification in the Pass-Through program.
