GOV. RITTER TO SIGN FASTER TRANSPORTATION BILL MONDAY
Gov. Ritter will sign the FASTER transportation bill into law Monday afternoon during a ceremony in Adams County.
Joining Gov. Ritter will be Sen. Dan Gibbs and Rep. Joe Rice, who sponsored the Funding Advancements for Surface Transportation and Economic Recovery legislation, as well as legislative, business and local-government leaders from around the state.

WHAT:
Signing ceremony for Senate Bill 108, known as FASTER, which will create thousands of jobs and allow the state to repair unsafe bridges and roadways statewide.

1:30 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2009
WHERE:
Southwest corner of Interstate 25 and 84th Avenue interchange in Thornton. From northbound I-25, exit at 84th Avenue, turn left, then take the next left at Acoma and left again at West 83rd Avenue. Follow the street until it dead-ends.
