Government Efficiency and Management Review
GOVERNOR RITTER LAUNCHES NEW CITIZENS' GEM INITIATIVE

The first phase of the GEM review identified $145 million in savings and other benefits. Recommendations included saving money through high-tech Medicaid-fraud reduction, reducing the number of state vehicles and improving tax collections from out-of-state businesses.
