Gov. Hickenlooper signs first bills of 2013 legislative session

DENVER — Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013 — Gov. John Hickenlooper signed SB13-036 and HB13-1057 into law today. These are the first bills to emerge from the 2013 General Assembly.
